Choo Keng Kwang (born 1931) is a first generation Singapore artist who studied at the Nanyang Academy. He works in many different media including batik and woodcut prints. He is well known for his oil paintings of old Singapore street scenes, animals, nature and pigeons. His works can be found in both private and public collections. One of his pigeon works was presented to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO)by Singapore and now hangs in ICAO Headquarters in Montreal, Canada.

The current work is an early example of his pigeon paintings.
